Approach
Therapy is about growing our ability to make space for our thoughts and feelings so that we can be more intentional about moving towards what we value. When we hold space to reflect on our communication and interactions, we open up different ways of seeing what is happening and explore new ways of being in our relationships. I work with individuals across the lifespan, as well as with couples and families, taking a family-based approach when working with children and adolescents. I am here to help you discover your own perspectives and find ways to strengthen the connections you have with the people and world around you.
Sometimes we might feel ready to dive straight into the process of change, while at other times, we may need space to reflect on what we truly want for ourselves. Deciding to take that step can be significant, and it might feel even bigger if you are thinking about how best to support your child, teen, or family.
